401k Plans Vary By Race

Recent surveys revealed that differences in 401k plans could potentially leave black workers significantly less prepared financially for retirement than caucasians.
The research indicates that blacks participate in retirement plans at far lower rates aren't as likely as whites to invest in the stock market.
