The Ongoing Battle With Unconcious Bias

A year removed from being named in the largest class action employment discrimination case ever, Wal-Mart continues to struggle with accusations of bias.

The class includes the more than two million women who have worked in the company over the last nine years.

Included in the suit are changes in the company's internal procedures, more than $1 billion in back pay as well as punitive damages.
