The First Annual Hispanic Federal Career Advancement Summit is the first of its kind to address the shortage of Hispanics in senior executive and management positions in the Federal Government. The Summit focuses on providing management insights, skills training and other career opportunities to help Hispanic government employees maximize their potential.
