About the Position:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of the Information Systems Division and responsible for leading a team of 120 people with two director level managers, this person is responsible for developing and maintaining the Human Resource Systems business strategies, including application development, systems infrastructures, operations and support. This position works very closely with executives and end users to develop strategies and tactics to align business requirements with technical and cost constraints to develop an effective solution for the enterprise.

This position requires recent experience in implementing large-scale HRIS systems; strong vendor management and negotiation experience; strong project and resource management skills, and experience with P&L and budgeting processes. Compensation is commensurate with experience. The total package is a very generous.
